We had an incredibly exciting tour, and our guide brought the story to life with deep knowledge and fascinating insight into the history of the mafia — from its early beginnings to the present day. Along the way, we were treated to some absolutely fantastic food that made the experience even more memorable. This tour comes highly recommended.

We enjoyed this tour very much. Learned a lot about Palermo's history post-WW2. Loved the way Elena would point out and explain the historical significance of artwork that we probably would have walked right past. She was kind and knowledgeable. Now as we walk through the streets of Palermo we will be on the lookout for work created by artists that she taught us about. Great experience!

This was a fantastic experience!! The hike length is adjustable (to some extent) depending on your fitness. Plus, I learned so much that I didn’t know about Palermo—past and present. I would recommend this tour and company to anyone—you will not regret it!

This was an amazing tour! Alexandra was fabulous! She really has excellent knowledge of the area and she is so passionate about Sicily. It wasn’t at all morbid going around the cemetery. It was fascinating. Mount Pellegrino was amazing and the views are brilliant. We will be back in September with our son and would like to do it all again with Alexandra. Fab-u-Lou’s!!
