Simple, honest rules: here is what happens if you need to cancel, in every possible case. No hidden clauses.

Tours by Epic Sicily booked online
Applies to tours run directly by us and paid online on our website.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts: full refund via the same payment method.
- No-show: no refund.
- If we cancel due to weather or force majeure: full refund or, if you prefer, a new date at no extra cost.
Partner experiences on request
Some experiences are run by selected local partners and confirmed on request. In that case, payment works like this:
- When you send a request, your card is only authorized: nothing is charged immediately.
- You are charged only after the partner confirms availability.
- If the partner is unavailable, the authorization is released and nothing is charged.
- Cancellations after confirmation follow the terms stated in the protected chat before you approve: always read them before confirming.
How to cancel
- Message us on WhatsApp at +39 351 316 4376 with your booking code.
- Or use the booking status link you received in your confirmation message.
- Refunds are processed through the payment provider and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
For tours booked through partner platforms (GetYourGuide, Airbnb…), the cancellation policy of the platform you booked on applies.
