Welcome to Epic Terrace Kalsa, your retreat in the most authentic heart of Palermo. The house offers a double bedroom with canopy bed, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and private terrace ideal for yoga, relaxation or outdoor dining. We are in the historic Kalsa district, in front of Piazza Magione with its restaurants, a short walk from the Botanical Garden, Foro Italico and historic markets. Quiet and peaceful area, yet close to the nightlife. Two large free parking areas just a few meters away.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire apartment and the beautiful private terrace—ideal for breakfast, yoga or outdoor dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped with salt, sugar, oil and coffee provided. A barbecue is available on request for a small extra. We provide yoga mat and roller for training.

Other Things to Note

The house is in a quiet historic neighborhood with very little traffic yet just steps from Palermo’s vibrant nightlife. Two large free parking areas are just a few meters away. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator, with an internal staircase connecting to the upper level and terrace. We provide maps and tailored tips to experience Palermo like a local.
