There are two ways. Tours run directly by us have a “Book now” button: pick a date and your spots, pay online and confirmation is instant. Experiences run by our local partners have “Request availability” instead: you send a request and we check with the partner before anything is confirmed.

It means the booking is not instant: you send a request with your date and group size, your card is only authorized and nothing is charged until the partner confirms availability. If the partner cannot confirm, the authorization is released and you pay nothing.

No. The price you see on the experience page is the price you pay.

For Epic Sicily tours booked online, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start, with a full refund; no-shows are not refunded. For partner experiences, the terms you read before confirming your request apply. Full details are in our cancellation policy.

If we or the partner cancel the experience due to weather, the choice is yours: a new date at no extra cost or a full refund.

Refunds are processed through the payment provider and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, to the same payment method you booked with.

The meeting point is shown on each tour page and repeated in your booking confirmation, so it’s always at hand.

Italian and English on every tour. Palermo by Night, Street Art and Secret Terraces also run in Spanish, French, German and Polish: the language depends on the departure time, and it is shown next to each time on the tour page.
