Olive Grove Walk with Tasting

In the magical autumn atmosphere, we invite you to discover a tradition deeply rooted in our territory: the production of extra virgin olive oil. Walking among centuries-old olive trees, touching their bark, learning about their age, and exploring traditional farming tools are some of the most significant moments of this journey through the colors and scents of the Sicilian countryside.

We will attend a demonstration on the preparation of olive pâté and salt-cured olives. A short visit to the vineyards and cellar will complete the experience, followed by a sensory game focused on the aromas and flavors of olive oil. Finally, we will enjoy a tasting of two varieties of extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by a delicious platter featuring five Sicilian specialties, all complemented by a glass of wine that embodies the warmth of the Mediterranean.
