Surrounded by the magical autumn atmosphere of centuries-old olive groves and peaceful landscapes, we invite you to discover a tradition deeply rooted in our land: manual olive harvesting. The experience opens with a walk through the family vineyards, olive groves and citrus orchards, with a short introduction to the world of olive trees and the benefits of extra virgin olive oil.
You will then take an active part in hand-picking and de-leafing the olives: touching the bark, discovering the age of the trees, stripping the leaves. Together we will prepare the olive paté, one of the farm’s most distinctive products.
The experience ends at the table with a tasting of two extra virgin olive oils and two glasses of IGP or DOC Sicilia wine, served with a board of three farm specialties and a taste of premium citrus marmalades and of the paté you helped make.
🫒 Optional add-on — oil mill visit (about 40 minutes, up to 30 people): watch the olives you picked being milled and taste the new oil on home-baked bread. €297 per group (not per person), to be requested when booking.

ℹ️ This experience is guaranteed only upon our explicit confirmation. Wine tastings are reserved for adults, as serving alcohol to those under 18 is prohibited. This experience requires good weather; if canceled due to bad weather, an alternative date or experience will be offered. Please inform us in advance of any food allergies, intolerances, or special dietary needs.
