The owner keeps knowledge he learned as a child. Among golden fields and family stories you discover ancient durum wheat, how it is grown and the ritual of the harvest. Then the stone mill, where the grain slowly becomes flour. It ends with freshly baked bread and local extra virgin olive oil: a simple flavour that tells the story of the whole land.
