Manna is the sap of the ash tree: it is collected by cutting the bark and left to solidify in the sun, a craft that survives only here, in the Madonie, and nowhere else in the world. Guided by the producer you discover the land, the farming activities and the knowledge handed down, with a tasting of manna. The experience ends with a farmer's snack of bread, oil and local products.

Before you book

- Transport is not included: from Palermo the Madonie are about an hour and a half by road
- Insurance: to be confirmed when booking
- Cancellation: full refund up to 30 days before, 30% penalty from 29 to 15 days, 50% from 14 to 7 days, 100% from 6 days before and for no-shows
