An experience in Ileana's own home — a professional cook and Slow Food member — in her kitchen in Mondello, a few steps from the sea. Not a cooking school: a real Sicilian home, where you cook together and then sit down to eat.
In Sicily, making fresh pasta was never just cooking: it was a shared ritual. Families were large, everyone had a role, and kneading together became a celebration of family and culture.
During the experience you'll knead the dough with your own hands, learning several traditional shapes including at least one filled variety. Once the pasta is ready, you gather around the table to enjoy the dishes you made, following seasonal recipes.
