The four emblematic Grandi Vigne wines served through a four-course lunch. The Case Grandi kitchen keeps alive the tradition of the “Monsù”, the estate chefs, drawing on the biodiversity of the surrounding countryside: wild herbs, fruit and vegetables from the family gardens, cheeses and meat from extensive pasture.
