An experience in Ileana's own home — a professional cook and Slow Food member — in her kitchen in Mondello, a few steps from the sea. Not a cooking school: a real Sicilian home, where you cook together and then sit down to eat.
A tasting of three Sicilian wines and cheeses is a journey through the island's most authentic excellences, where wine tells the story of unique territories — from the sea to the slopes of Mount Etna — and the cheeses express Sicily's pastoral tradition through intense, genuine flavours.
You'll meet at Ileana's home together with the wine expert who leads the tasting, in an atmosphere of conviviality and discovery.
The afternoon ends with a wine and terroir pairing challenge, during which guests get to test their palate. A winner is announced and presented with a prize.
May to October, Tuesday to Thursday, starting at 6pm. From 4 to 10 guests. Pricing depends on the wine selection chosen.
